Multi-Use Games Areas (MUGA)
As part of our sports and fitness equipment offering we can install a school MUGA pitch suitable for any requirements. A MUGA playground, or Multi Use Games Area, is the perfect space for school sports days, PE lessons, and lunch time activities for primary schools adn upper schools.
With a custom MUGA installation, children can engage in new sports during PE with quality games hoops, nets, fencing, and markings designed and sized for children. Or, during break times, friends can get together and play games on their own with the safe, easy-to-use equipment year-round with a specialist all weather pitch.

Goal Options
MUGAs come with a variety of nets, goals, and hoops suitable for a range of sports. To save space on the MUGA and not to overcomplicate the court, these goals are combined, inset into the fencing for a secure sports experience.
A combined net is a popular choice, especially for smaller MUGAs. These custom goal ends include a hoop with a backboard, a recessed net and other options. They allow children to play a range of sports, all with the same goals. The hoop can be used for basketball, netball, or simply target practice, while the goal is the right size for ball sports like hockey and football.
SPORTS FENCING
Safe fencing around the MUGA sports area not only helps protect children and keep the game going without losing the ball, but also gives the space the finishing touch to feel more professional and exclusive to sports, rather than just another part of the playground.
Our MUGA fencing creates a great enclosed space for sports. The grid fencing allows light to pass through and spectators to view the match while the design still prevents students from climbing the fencing. Our team designs all equipment for safety, so all fencing panels are firmly secured to the ground and act as extra security to hold up and stabilise the goals.
MUGA SURFACE MARKINGS
Depending on the primary use of your MUGA, you may require specialised markings for one sport, fopr example football pitch lines, or a more complex combinations of different sports markings. Simplified markings for use across multiple activities or for younger children to understand, or even colour coded overlapping markings to get the full experience of a variety of sports.
Whatever your requirements, inlaid markings or heavy duty thermoplastic applications are a great way to ensure that the markings remain usable and legible for longer. The line markings for various sports in our MUGAs are part of the initial installation, meaning that no extra marking needs to take place.
